 The Procurement office is responsible for the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the Town Code, County Code, Florida State Statutes, and federal law. The Procurement office coordinates the processing of Bids, Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s) for applicable goods, services and equipment used in our municipal services.
Our goal is to achieve excellent procurement services through technological advancements, improved procedures and outreach programs, performed with professionalism and teamwork. In all our procurement activities with actual and potential vendors, every effort is made to enhance the Town's reputation of progressive and business integrity and fairness and equity to all vendors.
Utilizing technology and sound business processes, we strive to bring the greatest value to Miami Lakes with integrity, fairness, competition and community inclusion.
