Nominate A Deserving Senior For The Golden Hero Award

Miami Lakes, FL - The Town of Miami Lakes and its Elderly Affairs Committee (EAC) invites the community to nominate seniors (over the age of 60) for the Golden Hero Award.

We bet you know some shining men and women who reach age 60 and just keep bringing more brightness into the world. Seniors who have accomplished outstanding achievements, have demonstrated exemplary service to others and our community, are inspiring models of active aging will be considered for the Golden Hero Award.

From athletes to caregivers, Golden Heroes illuminate many paths in life. If you know someone 60 or older whose life of service you admire, whatever the arena, share your appreciation! Nominate a Golden Hero and let the whole community know.

The nomination application must be received by 5:00 pm on April 14. Click here for the Nomination Form.

Winners will be announced at the Senior Appreciation Golden Hero Awards luncheon on Saturday, May 6th.
