NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT DUE TO THE NOVEL COVID-19 VIRUS, THIS COMMITTEE MEETING IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23RD, at 6:00 pm AND IT WILL BE HELD IN A HYBRID FORMAT VIA A ZOOM PLATFORM.

If you wish to provide live, in-person public comments, you will be allowed to do so in an organized fashion following the CDC guidelines for social distance and the Miami Dade County Emergency Orders; one person at a time, escorted by an officer of the peace, afforded (3) three minutes and escorted out of Council Chambers at the conclusion of their public comments. No more than one person at a time will be allowed to speak at the same time during Public Comments. Public Comments will be heard at the beginning of each meeting and once all are heard, Public Comments will be closed. Each speaker will be afforded (3) minutes to speak. Masks should be worn by all individuals entering the Council Chambers and unless speaking directly into the microphone shall be kept on. Only one speaker can be in the Council Chambers at a given time. Please take note that everyone entering Council Chambers will need to be temperature checked prior to entering the chambers.
The public may also participate in the hybrid public meeting by utilizing any of the following 3 methods:
(1) A person wishing to submit a Remote Public Comment, will join the meeting via: https://www.miamilakes-fl.gov/remotecomments. You must have a working microphone and working web camera in order to submit a live remote public comments;
(2) Call in live during the meeting to listen to the meeting via phone and/or call in live during the meeting to submit a public comment, to any of the following numbers:
