Fourth of July Concert & Firework Show

The Town of Miami Lakes and its Cultural Affairs Committee will host its 15th Annual Fourth of July Concert and Fireworks Show! This fun-filled event for the whole family will feature live entertainment, food trucks, and much more, followed by our spectacular fireworks presentation.

Sponsored by The Graham Companies, Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics, and Creative Extended Care, headlining this year’s concert is “The Chase Band.”

The Chase Band has impressed audiences at world class venues across Florida and the Southeast. Their sparkling approach to virtually every style of music is the reason they are so highly sought after. The Chase lineup fuses together superb lead vocals, harmonies and stunningly, skillful musicianship to produce an act head and shoulders above the rest. Exceptional versatility allows a program of entertainment drawn from classic pop, rock, disco, funk, swing, Motown and Hip-Hop Dance. Their high energy dance hits will make for an unforgettable event!

Additionally, we are proud to announce our national anthem will be sung by Mercedes Ferreira-Dias, a local Miami Lakes resident and recent NBC’s “The Voice” contestant.

Don’t forget your blankets, chairs, and appetites for a great variety of food trucks! Make sure to stop by our photo booth by our photo booth to pick up your FREE “I Heart Miami Lakes” inflatable beach balls, LED bracelets, and mini American flags!

Admission and parking are free. Parking around the Picnic Park West perimeter is limited, we are encouraging all residents to walk or bike to the Park.

The Town will also be providing free shuttle service from two locations beginning at 5:30pm:

Town Hall located at 6601 Main Street- Shuttle service will run every 20 minutes continuously.

Royal Oaks Park, located at 16500 NW 87th Avenue- Shuttle service will run every 10 minutes continuously.

Shuttle service will resume after the fireworks show. The last bus will depart Picnic Park West at 11:00 pm.
