Miami Lakes, FL – For the eighth year in a row, the Town of Miami Lakes and the Economic Development Committee invite you to nominate your favorite local businesses for the Best of Miami Lakes awards. Residents and visitors are encouraged to submit their favorites in eight different “Best” categories:

Lunch Spot
Dinner
Shopping
Beauty
Health Provider
Professional Service
Fitness

Dates and Deadlines

Nomination Round: September 30, 2024 – October 14, 2024
Finalist Round: October 28, 2024 – November 11, 2024
Winners Announced: November 25, 2024

Anyone is eligible to make a nomination, including business owners, employees, and patrons alike.

Nominate a Business

Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country. Founded by American Express in 2010, this day is celebrated each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and encourages people across the country to support small, local businesses. Small businesses makeup over 99% of the nation’s businesses and are the true drivers of our economy. From the mom-and-pop shops to the family-owned restaurants that bring our neighborhoods to life, be sure to show your support and celebrate small businesses and all they do for our communities.
