Join us for a fun-filled day at the Fall Festival! High school volunteers are needed from 8 AM to 2 PM to assist with event setup, cleanup, and help run key areas including the pumpkin patch and activity stations.

I certify that I am over the age of 18, and I understand that by submitting this form, the information provided is considered a public record, pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Florida State Statute. By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for my child to volunteer at the Town of Miami Lakes Fall Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025. I understand that my child is committing to volunteer for the event taking place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Veterans Park (15151 NW 82nd Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014) and is required to arrive no later than 8:00 AM on the day of the event. I confirm that my child is a current high school student and meets the eligibility requirements for volunteering at this event. My child understands that as a volunteer, they are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly, follow all instructions from event coordinators, and complete tasks including event setup, cleanup, and assisting as pumpkin patch and activity station attendants to the best of their ability.
