Arbor Coordinator

The Town of Miami Lakes Parks and Recreation is seeking a full-time Arbor Coordinator. The Arbor Coordinator monitors the Town’s urban forest, arbor care, and landscape/horticulture maintenance operations, and provides field support to other Town operational areas, as needed.

Salary Range: $32,000- $48,000 annual

Parks and Recreation Intern

The Town of Miami Lakes Parks and Recreation student internship program provides current college/university students in the fields of parks and recreation, sports management, or leisure services with an intensive, fast-paced, quality learning experience unlike any of its kind among local parks and recreation agencies.

Part-Time Code Officer

The Town of Miami Lakes is accepting applications for a part-time Code Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing the Town Code, the Miami-Dade County Code, and the Florida Building Code as specified in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes. The position is contracted and will require eight (8) hour work shifts per day.

Salary Range: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
