Programs Coordinator – Youth

The Town of Miami Lakes seeks a full-time Programs Coordinator to assist in the coordination and instruction of the Town’s recreational and community programs and events. This position will mainly focus on youth and teen programming.

Salary Range: $19.55 – $27.12 per hour

Part-Time Communications and Community Affairs Specialist

The Town of Miami Lakes seeks a part-time Communications and Community Affairs Specialist. This position is responsible for performing duties in the coordination of communications, events, and outreach programs, as well as serving as a liaison between the Town, media, private and public organizations, community groups, and business community.

Salary Range: $15.00 – $22.60 per hour

Arbor Coordinator

The Town of Miami Lakes Parks and Recreation is seeking a full-time Arbor Coordinator. The Arbor Coordinator monitors the Town’s urban forest, arbor care, and landscape/horticulture maintenance operations, and provides field support to other Town operational areas, as needed.

Salary Range: $32,000- $48,000 annual

Part-Time Code Officer

The Town of Miami Lakes is accepting applications for a part-time Code Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing the Town Code, the Miami-Dade County Code, and the Florida Building Code as specified in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes. The position is contracted and will require eight (8) hour work shifts per day.

Salary Range: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
