I certify that I am over the age of 18, and I understand that by submitting this form, the information provided is considered a public record, pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Florida State Statutes. By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for my child to volunteer at the Town of Miami Lakes Reindeer Run 5K on Saturday, December 13, 2025. I understand that my child is committing to volunteer for the event taking place from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Veterans Park (15151 NW 82nd Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33016) and is required to arrive no later than 6:00 AM on the day of the event. I confirm that my child is a current high school student and meets the eligibility requirements for volunteering at this event. My child understands that as a volunteer, they are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly, follow all instructions from event coordinators, and complete assigned tasks, including setting up sponsor tents, event branding, water stations, and assisting with event breakdown, to the best of their ability.
