Back to Nature Volunteer Form 2026

The Public Safety Committee is seeking volunteers to assist with pedestrian safety during the Back to Nature Earth Day shredding event near the Miami Lakes Farmer’s Market on April 18th. Volunteers will help guide attendees across the street at the Meadow Walk and Bull Run Road intersection from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thank you for helping keep our community safe while supporting this Earth Day event!

I certify that I am over the age of 18 and understand that all information submitted on this form is considered a public record under Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. By completing this form, I give consent for my child to volunteer at the Town of Miami Lakes Back to Nature Event on Saturday, April 18th. I acknowledge the following: My child is a high school student and meets the eligibility requirements to volunteer. My child is committed to attending the event and will arrive at the designated Volunteer Check-In area by 8:30 AM. As a volunteer, my child is expected to behave respectfully and responsibly, follow the directions of event coordinators, and complete all assigned tasks to the best of their ability.
