To purchase either a Click Card or Smart Pass, you will need to complete the following form:

    If the vehicle registration does not reflect your current address, you may supplement it with one of the following documents, provided they reflect your name and current address: Homeowners Association Approval Letter, Driver’s License, Vehicle Insurance Information, Home Lease Agreement, Closing Statement, Home Warranty Deed, Tax Bill, Current Utility Bill

    Clicker Pick-up

    For your convenience, we can arrange a pick-up for your Click Card at the Town Hall, which operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Please specify your preferred date and time. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request you to provide a notice of two (2) business days prior to your pick-up.

    Please note: In accordance with Resolution No. 26-158 and Florida Statute § 215.322, applicable credit/debit card processing fees are passed through to the customer. These fees are charged by the third-party payment processor and are not retained by the Town.

    Check or Money Order: If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please make it payable to the Town of Miami Lakes in the total amount due for the item(s) requested. Please include your Special Taxing District and item type with your payment. Bring or submit payment in accordance with the instructions provided by staff, and be sure to select the “Pay by Check or Money Order” option above.

    Fees

    Click Card Fee

    • Royal Oaks West / Royal Oaks Section 1: $35.00 per device.
    • Royal Oaks East: $35.00 per device.

    Smart Pass Fee

    • Miami Lakes Section 1: $25.00 per device.

    If any new click card or smart pass fails within the first 90 days after issuance, it will be replaced without charge.

    All new and additional vehicles require a new application.

    Requirements

    In order to process your application, you must submit the following items:

    Legible Photocopy of the Valid Vehicle Registration must always accompany all requests.

    Please provide a copy of the vehicle registration, and the vehicle’s registration must indicate the person’s name and DISTRICT address, if the vehicle registration does not reflect your current address you can provide with your vehicle registration any of the following documents but they should reflect your name and current address:

    • Homeowners Association Approval Letter
    • Driver’s License
    • Vehicle Insurance Information
    • Home Lease agreement
    • Closing Statement
    • Home Warranty Deed
    • Tax Bill
    • Current utility bill.
