Miami Lakes residents are invited to celebrate Independence Day at the Fourth of July Celebration event, featuring entertainment, food trucks, and our grand fireworks display set to start at 9:00 p.m. at Veterans Park. Admission & parking are free.

This year’s Fourth of July Celebration will feature a Kids Zone full of fun and games just for the little ones.
Fireworks
End the night with a bang with a firework show starting at 9:00 p.m.
Sensory Inclusive Zone
For visitors in need of a break from the festivities, the Special Needs Advisory Board will be hosting games, providing noise-reducing headphones, and more.

Parking
Free, but limited, parking is available at nearby office buildings:

Traffic
Expect delays along NW 82nd Ave / Montrose Rd beginning at 5:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. towards the end of the event.
What to Bring
- Coolers (outside alcohol not permitted)
- Lawn chairs, picnic blankets/beach towels (staked umbrellas and flag poles not permitted)
Sparklers, fireworks, pets, grilling, and outside alcohol not permitted in the park. Beer and wine will be sold by vendors.
