Miami Lakes Honors U.S. Army Corporal Glenn R. Hommell on Arbor Day with Tree Planting Ceremony

Miami Lakes, FL – The Town of Miami Lakes and our Veterans Committee is honoring U.S. Army Corporal Glenn R. Hommel at this year’s Arbor Day Tree Planting Ceremony.

This is an event meant to pay tribute to the actions, life, and deeds of those who served this country in a way that will last throughout time. This tree, and its accompanying commemorative stone, will represent the reverence the Town has for the sacrifice made by Corporal Hommell.
