The Town of Miami Lakes is hosting an open discussion between the two candidates for the Special Election Runoff, taking place April 30. The conversation will be open to the public and moderated by Former Mayor of Miami-Dade County Alex Penelas. Learn more here.

 

As per Section 5.1(c) of the Town Charter, public notice is hereby given that a Special Election Runoff has been called and ordered to be held within the Town on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 to fill the vacancy of Seat 6 to Town Council.

The Town of Miami Lakes offers the option for remote public comments, providing residents with a convenient way to participate in local discussions and voice their opinions without the need to attend in-person meetings.
