Sabor Fest 2026 Vendor Registration Form

Location: Main Street, Miami Lakes, FL
Vendor Fee: $100

Interested vendors who wish to participate at Sabor Fest must provide the following in advance:
- Complete the vendor registration form
- Provide Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) naming the Town of Miami Lakes (6601 Main Street, Miami Lakes, FL 33014) as the Certificate Holder and naming the Town of Miami Lakes as an additional insured
- Send copy of applicable licenses: i.e. Business Tax Receipts, Health Department Permits
- Pay Vendor fee by check ($100) or credit card ($100 plus additional fees). Checks must be paid to the order of the Town of Miami Lakes. Both, Written & Numerical, amount must match.
SELECTION PROCESS
- The Town of Miami Lakes Cultural Affairs Committee will select vendors on a first come, first serve bases for all organizations.
- All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
- The Town of Miami Lakes designates all spaces.
- All setup and equipment are the responsibility of each vendor.
