Apply to be a vendor at Sabor Fest 2026, hosted by the Cultural Affairs Committee in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Join us for a vibrant event featuring culture, music, and community.

Booth Space

Each vendor will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ booth space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials.

Setup & Breakdown

Vendor setup will begin at approximately 2:30 PM and must be completed prior to the event start time of 4:00 PM. Breakdown may begin after the event concludes at 9:00 PM. Detailed setup instructions will be provided to all approved vendors in advance of the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

Rain Policy

The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors are encouraged to plan accordingly.

By participating in the Hispanic Heritage Festival, vendors agree to release and hold harmless the Town of Miami Lakes, the Miami Lakes Cultural Affairs Committee, The Graham Companies, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability arising from participation in the event.(Required)
