Sabor Fest 2026 Vendor Registration Form

Vendor Fee: $100

Interested vendors who wish to participate at Sabor Fest must provide the following in advance:

Complete the vendor registration form
Provide Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) naming the Town of Miami Lakes (6601 Main Street, Miami Lakes, FL 33014) as the Certificate Holder and naming the Town of Miami Lakes as an additional insured(only required of food vendors)
Send copy of applicable licenses: i.e. Business Tax Receipts, Health Department Permits (only required of food vendors)

SELECTION PROCESS

All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
The Town of Miami Lakes designates all spaces.
All setup and equipment are the responsibility of each vendor.
Sign-ups will be accepted until August 7^th
Vendors selected for this event will receive confirmation and payment instructions via email by August 26^th

Booth Space

Each vendor will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ booth space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials.

Setup & Breakdown

Vendor setup will begin at approximately 2:30 PM and must be completed prior to the event start time of 4:00 PM. Breakdown may begin after the event concludes at 9:00 PM. Detailed setup instructions will be provided to all approved vendors in advance of the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

Rain Policy

The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors are encouraged to plan accordingly.

For myself or individuals attending with me, as a vendor, using a facility and attending an event of the Town of Miami Lakes, I hereby waive any claim against the Town of Miami Lakes and its agents, servants and employees hereafter arising from injuries sustained while participating in or using said facilities to myself or said individuals. I do covenant to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the said Town, its agents, servants and employees from any claim, damages on demand hereafter arising out of any injury to myself or said individuals regardless of whether such injury to said individual or to myself is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of said Town or by the negligence of the agents, servants and employees of the Town.(Required)
