Join us this Saturday for a hands-on volunteer opportunity to help our community prepare for storm season. Volunteers will assist with filling and stacking sandbags to support the Town’s storm response efforts. This service event is a great way to earn volunteer hours, meet new people, and make a real difference in keeping our community safe and ready!

I certify that I am over the age of 18 and understand that all information submitted on this form is considered a public record under Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. By completing this form, I give consent for my child to volunteer at the Town of Miami Lakes Sandbagging Service Event on Saturday, April 18. I acknowledge the following: My child is a high school student and meets the eligibility requirements to volunteer. My child is committed to attending the event and will arrive at Royal Oaks Park by 9:00 AM for volunteer check-in. As a volunteer, my child is responsible for assisting with filling and stacking sandbags to support the Town’s storm response efforts. My child is expected to behave respectfully and responsibly, follow the directions of event coordinators, and complete all assigned tasks to the best of their ability.
