Miami Lakes, FL – The Town of Miami Lakes proudly commemorated with unveiling of its state-of-the-art vacuum truck, a remarkable addition to its public works fleet, with a ribbon cutting in front of Town Hall. The event took place earlier today, with Mayor Manny Cid and Public Works Director Omar Santos sharing their excitement and appreciation for this valuable asset to the community.

Councilmembers Tony Fernandez and Ray Garcia, along with town staff members, were present at the ceremony, symbolizing their commitment to the town’s progress and the betterment of its infrastructure. This new truck will allow for higher capacity for cleaning and thus a reduced turnaround time for the cleaning and upkeep needed to keep our drainage systems operating efficiently.
