FREE Women’s Self Defense Course
Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) Systems is a 12- hour self defense program for women that offers a realistic approach to self defense education. This program includes an educational lecture on personal safety and crime prevention, physical skills instruction, dynamic simulation of physical skills, and a lifetime return and practice policy. Classes are open to women 14 years of age and older. Minors must have a parent/guardian with them in class. You must attend all 12 hours of instruction.
