Spin Is Out, Lime Is In!

Due to SPIN Bikeshare company deciding to end their program in Miami-Dade County, the Town of Miami Lakes is excited to announce its new partnership with LIME Bike-Sharing Company.

ABOUT LIME
LIME is revolutionizing mobility in cities and colleges nationwide by empowering residents with a faster, cheaper, and healthier transportation option that improves urban sustainability. They are committed to building strong social bonds, lasting community relationships, and the world's most versatile smart mobility fleet. The LIME bicycles are station-less, lime-green colored bikes equipped with onboard GPS units and cellular modems. Rides cost 50 cents for every 30 minutes. The bikes can be parked anywhere within the Town at designated landscape/furniture zones on sidewalks. LIME’s ground operations team will place LIME bicycles in an orderly fashion curbed on sidewalks at least six feet wide and at/or near bike racks and bike corrals. The company will ensure that bicycles are not obstructing pedestrian or motor vehicle traffic.

HOW TO LIME
Follow these three steps to a happier, healthier, & greener day!
1. Download the Lime app. Available on Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Locate a bike on the map.
3. Unlock and get rolling!

Transform your ride! #LimeNation
