MIAMI LAKES – Nasal swab and immunity testing available at the Miami Lakes Youth Center, 6075 Miami Lakes Drive. Photo ID and insurance card (if available) are required. Call 833.766.6769 or visit www.somosny.com to schedule an appointment. Testing by SOMOS Community Care.

WESTON – Cleveland Clinic has a site set up in Weston, not far from their hospital. To be tested here, patients must first call their nurse hotline at 954-659-5951 to be pre-screened. If the nurse determines the person meets the criteria, they will be given a confirmation number and given an appointment time.

PEMBROKE PINES – The Florida National Guard and Memorial Healthcare System have opened a drive-thru test site at CB Smith Park. Participants can call 954-276-4680 in advance to complete the criteria screening. Those who are able to be tested at this location include first responders, hospital workers, anyone 65 and older with symptoms and chronic conditions and anyone who has symptoms who has traveled internationally or to an area within our country that’s been heavily affected by the coronavirus.

MIAMI GARDENS – The parking lot at Hard Rock Stadium is opened for testing. Testing will be done from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Those who are able to get tested include people who are 65 and older who are experiencing symptoms, first responders and front line health care workers.

Jessie Trice Community Health Center is open for testing at several of their locations for those who show symptom, including in Miami Gardens. Please call ahead (305) 694-6268 before you come into the health center.. 

HIALEAH – Larkin Community Hospital, 1475 West 49th Place, Hialeah, FL 33012, is open for testing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Patients must register online first and have symptoms of COVID-19. First responders, medical personnel and those who have traveled to coronavirus hotspots will be tested before members of the general public. Amelia Earhart Park, 401 E 65th Street, Hialeah, FL 33012 will open for free, drive-through testing beginning on Thursday, April 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Appointments are required and patients need to be in their cars, with a maximum of two people per car. Those who want to schedule an appointment to get tested can call 305-268-4319.

SOUTH MIAMI-DADE – Doris Ison Health Center. Patients should call first to 305-252-4820.

South Dade Government Center is open for testing 7 days a week beginning at 9:00 am, located at 10710 SW 211 ST, Cutler Bay, 33189. Patients must be Miami-Dade residents over 18 with showing symptoms. 

MIAMI – Marlins Park, located at 501 Marlins Way, has been set up as a drive-thru testing site. Those who want to get tested must be 65 or older and experiencing certain symptoms. Appointments are necessary. Those who want to get tested can be pre-screened by calling 305-499-8767. The call center opens at 9 a.m. daily and will remain open until the appointment slots for the following day are filled.

Miami Beach Community Health Center has three locations open for testing by appointment. Call 305-538-8835 to make an appointment. 

MedRite Urgent Care is open Sunday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, located at 4621 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL 33140 to patients of any age with a doctor's pre-approval.

Miami Dade County Fair and Exposition is open for testing, located at 10901 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33165 everyday beginning at 9:00 AM. Patients must be Miami-Dade residents over 18 who are symptomatic. Testing is by appointment only. Call (305) 499-8767 to make an appointment.

Walmart stores located at: 3200 NW 79st, Miami, FL 33147; 9300 NW 77th Ave, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33016; and 8651 NW 13th Terrace, Doral, FL 33126. Quest’s MyQuest™ online portal at www.MyQuestCOVIDTest.com will screen and schedule those individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. On-site scheduling will be available for those who need assistance with scheduling. To be tested, individuals must have a scheduled appointment and be present in a vehicle, as no walk-ups will be seen.

Charles Hadley Park is open for testing 7 days a week, located at 1350 NW 50 Street Miami, FL 33142. Must be 18+ with symptoms and a City of Miami resident.

Holy Family Catholic Church, located at 14500 Northeast 11th Avenue in North Miami, is open for walk-up testing on Mondays to Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with appointments required to get tested. The number to call for an appointment is 305-499-8767.

The following drive-through testing sites will open on Friday, July 24 at 8 a.m. and close Sunday, August 2 at 6 p.m. Dillard High School at 2501 NW 11th Street Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311, Blanche Ely High School at 1201 NW 6th Avenue Pompano Beach, Florida 33060, MacArthur High SChool at 6501 Hollywood Boulevard Hollywood, Florida 33024, Miami Jackson High School 1751 NW 36th Street Miami, Florida 33142 and Miami-Dade Auditorium at 2901 W Flagler Street Miami, Florida 33135. All five sites will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.mj. and will test individuals 5 and older, regardless of symptoms. Cost of testing is free, with or without insurance. Baptist Health Urgent Care centers, Urgent Care Express clinics and Emergency Rooms are testing ONLY those patients who are actively experiencing symptoms of the virus. For those who may be experiencing symptoms or may have been exposed to coronavirus, their online Coronavirus Risk Assessment tool or COVID-19 hotline, 1-833-MYBAPTIST (833-692-2784), can help determine risk and next steps. The information provided is based on CDC guidelines and recommendations. Asymptomatic people, those with mild symptoms, or those who believe they may have been exposed, should follow isolation guidelines and see a doctor online via the Baptist Health Care On Demand app. Those with moderate symptoms should visit their nearest Baptist Health Urgent Care center. FLORIDA CITY - Loren Roberts Park, located at 627 NW 6th Avenue, Florida City, is open for free testing on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Patients must have travelled to a high-risk area or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or be experiencing symptoms to qualify for testing. 

HOMESTEAD- MLK/Clinic Campesina, located at 810 W Mowry Drive, Homestead, is open for testing Monday and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. To qualify for testing patients must be symptomatic with no age limit or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. 

West Perrine Health Center, located at 18255 Homestead Avenue, Miami 33157, is open for walk-through testing on May 28, 2020 and June 2, 2020 from 9:00am to 12:00 pm. No appointment is necessary. No car is required. Open to ages 12 and up, must wear a face mask
